Heart health program - Make Heart Healthy Choices

Research Overview

During the past 18 years we have conducted several clinical studies that validate the Heart health program Program.  These trials have involved participants in the program, and have shown large decreases in cholesterol, weight, and several other important factors crucial to helping you make a lifestyle change.  The studies have involved demonstrating the effectiveness of cholesterol lowering supplements (such as red yeast rice and fish oil) in helping to lower cholesterol.

These studies have been published in major, peer reviewed journals and have received world-wide attention.
